Pleased to have been involved with this installation.

This wonderful new bus shelter is now in place at the stop opposite North Norfolk Railway in Holt! 🚂

Not only is this a big improvement for local people in Holt and High Kelling, the new stop is often the first thing tourists see when they arrive into Holt on The Poppy Line. 👏🏼

Westcotec is live at Norwich Science Festival! 🚦🌟

We’re proud to be part of this brilliant community event, showcasing how road safety technology can inspire the next generation of engineers, innovators, and Road Safety Heroes.

Our interactive stand brings real industry tech into a playful, hands-on environment:
🔹 Build Your Road Safety Hero Profile: introducing young visitors to the principles behind safer streets and modern ITS solutions.
🔹 Dynamic Vehicle Height Measurement System: our system, usually used across transport and logistics sectors, repurposed to measure guests’ height and spark conversations about sensor-based safety technology.
🔹 Speed Indicator Device Demo: paired with our NERF target activity, giving children and families a fun way to learn how speed detection works in real‑world road safety applications.
🔹 High‑Vis & Safety Goggles Zone: encouraging safe behaviours while offering a glimpse into the PPE used daily across highways and construction industries.

Events like this are a fantastic opportunity for Westcotec to engage with the community, demonstrate the value of safety technology, and highlight the engineering behind the systems we deliver across the UK and internationally.

By supporting work related road risk management and dealing with illegal road use, we will be helping shape a safer, more connected road network that delivers lasting behavioural change through education, partnership and innovation.

Today, we were joined by some of our corporate customers at Westcotec Ltd to unveil the fresh artwork on their BMW 550e, ahead of the Canaryball Rally fundraising event in support the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation and the vital work they do in the community.

In just two weeks, together with their 530e, they will be taking on a colossal 1850 miles in 5 days, taking them through France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Belgium, and ensuring their return back to Norfolk by the end of the week.

Join us in wishing them the best of luck on their travels!
