Not every build starts with a package. Some start with a very clear idea.
This Ford Transit Custom came to us with a customer who knew exactly what he wanted — and it wasn’t the usual.
No leisure battery, no split charge, no fixed electrics. He runs everything from his own mobile power station, so our job was to build the van around that and wire it all in cleanly.
The headline feature is the roof: an acoustic-style wooden ply lining with four staggered, dimmable LED strips. It gives the whole space a warmth you just don’t get from a standard headliner, and the lighting can go from workshop-bright to campfire-low.
Underneath it all — full sound deadening, insulation and carpet lining throughout, new windows with van shades, and a Mobi quad rail floor system with the three-seater bed, so the layout can change with the trip.
Bespoke doesn’t mean complicated. It means listening properly and then building it right.
