Just had this sent to us direct as he was having technical issues uploading to our page, as u know we do pride ourselvs in the work me, Ian and LeeS do and it really does make a difference when we get good feed back from new/old customers. Like many jobs ours is not a easy environment to work in and takes alot of extra work to learn and keep upto date with ever-changing technologies that are fitted to modern cars and when we receive fantastic feed back like this it just seems to make everything worth while ππ

Recently we had been let down by a large dealership (I am not mentioning the dealership in the interest of fair play) with an issue on our 5 year old Peugeot when it broke down.
With a dealership warranty in place we waited 4 weeks for an appointment. that's 4 weeks struggling to get to work etc. A friend at work suggested I contacted repairgeot. I didn't contact them until the dealership without seeing the car suggested I would probably need a new engine (not covered in the warranty. plus around 4 hours of diagnostic work to confirm this also at my expense this work could take weeks, There are many more issues I won't go into. safe to say we had been treated appallingly.
That's when remembered the Repairgeot option and I called Lee at Repairgeot not holding much hope for a better story but perhaps the option of a better priced repair and I hoped quicker than the estimated several weeks. After a quick and surprisingly reassuring conversation with Lee, I had the car transported to him the next day. This was a Friday, the very same day and within 20 minutes of getting the car on the ramp the issue was diagnosed.
Now stay with me here that was already a saving of around Β£500 to Β£600. The car did not need a new engine and was repairable. this was Friday pm. by Tuesday AM the car was ready for collection I also asked Lee to MOT and service the vehicle. all in all with around 6 hours labour I saved a massive amount of money yet still received the highest quality of workmanship.
I can't recommend Lee, Ian and the guys at Repairgeot enough. they kept me updated, didn't hide any costs, most importantly were fully transparent and honest. They did a top notch job and essentially got me out of a massive rut.
Lee you guys are amazing.
It is well known that once you find a good, honest mechanic you stay with them. This is definitely the case here.
