We are looking for a Service Advisor to work alongside our Service Manager.

Previous experience of a garage environment or within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities would include:

🚗 Welcome customers - delivering fantastic customer service.

🚗 Schedule work - coordinating the garage daily diary.

🚗 Liaise with parts suppliers to order (and take delivery of) parts

🚗 Generate quotes based on information from job cards produced by the technicians

We are H I R I N G...

Hilltop Service Station is a busy family run business and we are looking for a diagnostic technician to join our team. Our technicians are required to diagnose, service and repair our customers vehicles. As an independent garage the work is varied and you would have the opportunity to work on a wide range of make and models of vehicles.

The ideal candidate would have been in the industry 5+ years, be able to demonstrate a proficiency in the use of modern diagnostic equipment and work as part of a team, being an MOT tester would also be an advantage.

The customer of this PHEV had contacted many other garages who where unable to help before coming to us!

The air-conditioning system is an integral part of most modern Hybrid/EV vehicles some manufacturers use this system to keep the high-voltage battery cool, failure to do so could result in expensive repair bills!!! Service completed and one happy customer.
