You shouldn't need to understand cars to trust your garage.

When something goes wrong with a vehicle, it's easy to feel out of your depth when you're being presented with technical terms, fault codes and repair options.

WE’RE HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR

Frank Brown Motor Engineers is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Service Advisor to join our busy, friendly team.

The Role

You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver the excellent service our garage is known for. Duties will include:

- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs
- Speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Preparing estimates and invoices
- Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated
- Managing bookings and workshop schedules
- Providing excellent customer service from start to finish
- No target-driven selling

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Service Advisor or motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A positive and professional attitude
- Full training and support can be provided for the right candidate

Salary & Benefits

£28,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am–5:30pm
- 3 free MOTs per year
- Staff discounts
- No target selling
- Friendly, established independent garage
- Opportunity to be part of a respected team
