Tread Depth is the vertical measurement between the top of the tyre(tread rubber) to the bottom of the
deepest groove in the tyre.
You can either check the tread depth of a tyre by using proper tread depth gauge equipment or an easier way is by putting a coin into the tread. Looking at the deepness of the coin, you can get an idea of how deep the Tread is.
If there is a sizeable difference in the tread depth between each of your tyres, it is time for a Wheel Alignment & balancing service for the tyres
