As always, we’re incredibly grateful to every single customer who comes through our doors. Whether it’s a small job or a major repair, your continued support means the world to us, and we never take it for granted. ❤️

September ‘so far’ in pictures! 😁📸

Here’s a little look at some of the vehicles that have passed through the workshop so far this month!

We’ve been keeping busy as usual with MOTs, servicing, recoveries, cambelt replacements, an engine change and much more!

Our Pre-MOT Check & Service Vouchers have been flying out, and we’re now down to just the last few! So, if you want to grab one and save yourself some money, get in quick - once they’re gone, they’re gone! 👌

We’ve also just landed a new supplier contract, giving us access to some fantastic trade rates on braking, steering & suspension components, as well as service kits and fluids. 🥰

It’s all happening here at KD, and we’re incredibly grateful to have such an amazing bunch of customers supporting us and coming along for the journey. ❤️

Thanks for keeping us busy! 😁

Teamwork makes the dream work! 😁😁

One very dead engine out, and in super-quick time too!👌
The replacement is already prepped and ready to fit with a brand new clutch kit for good measure. 🥰

We will have this lovely MGZS back on the road in no time! 🚗💨

August has certainly brought us our fair share of repairs so far!

A catastrophic head gasket failure, two cambelt failures and a seized engine, alongside our usual flow of MOTs and MOT related repairs - brakes, exhausts, welding, suspension components and much more! 👌👌

We’ve also had a BIG clear out in the workshop, freeing up some much needed space, sold some more second hand MG/Rover spares, which have been shipped out to all ends of the UK, and squeezed in a few more recoveries along the way! 🚗💨

And do you know what?
WE’RE ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! 🥰🥰

Keep it coming, guys! 😁

⭐️ Our NEW SPECIAL OFFER goes live on 1st September! So watch this space… 👌

This is the result of a cambelt failure caused by a prolonged camshaft oil seal leak.

The leaking oil eventually soaked into the cambelt, causing it to lose grip and slip under load, with catastrophic consequences… 🫣

One completely smashed VVC cylinder head, a damaged piston & a cracked liner.

A pretty good reminder that a small oil leak can quickly turn into a very expensive repair if ignored! 😬

If you spot oil around your cambelt area, or leaking on the ground beneath your car, please don’t ignore it, get it checked out!
