This is another new one for us.
Our Dallas flush design, fitted alongside the 126cm Mobi frame bed system in a T7.

Our Dallas set is available for the VW T5/T6/T7 and both the old shape and new shape Ford Transit Customs. SWB and LWB.
Our standard width set works with a 3/4 bed, 112cm.
Our slim set works with the 126cm wide beds.

This conversion was done by Nathan at VANLAB Custom Conversions

Our U shape set up has had some upgrades!
We have three additional upgrade available
*Our tin drawer on the kitchen pod, available for both the SWB and LWB
*Our side step drawer, available for both SWB and LWB
*Our rear pull out kitchen workspace drawer for the customers that don’t want to cook inside their vans

Our summer offer is free lights with every U Shape set sold in June.

Current lead time on U Shapes is 4 weeks.

Last conversion of 2025!

Full conversion, on this stunning indium grey Swb T6.1.
Fitted with Skyline’s Aurora roof, Vanshades, Dirty Rock Campers furniture, 112 RIB bed and upgraded Victron electrics with a lithium battery and solar panel.

Dometic appliances, RIB bed, Autoterm heater and lots of extras.

Jason’s van came to us with its roof fitted and windows in, we’ve done the rest!

From suppling ply floors to full conversions, we do the lot!

One of our projects from last month, LWB VW Transporter. Finished in Indigo blue with a Bamboo worktop and contrasting accent panels.

Fitted with a SavvyVan touch screen control panel and Vanshades, making this a 10/10 van 😍

Swb matte carbon grey furniture set, ready for collection
Ex demo set, £1400 plus vat.
Black accents and a matte black worktop and table cut out for the 9222 right hand sink combi.

Manufactured with light weight furniture ply, soft close hinges and self locking catches. Edgebanding is done by hand.

Fitting end bed boards can be added for additional cost.

Some progress pictures from yesterday 🤩

Charlie and Nicola’s van came into us with its roof, windows and lining already done.
We’ve installed a ply floor, Altro mountain oak floor and new extra deep side steps and thresholds.
They’ve opted for our slim set, finished in matte grey with black accents and a solid resin worktop upgrade.
GTE 130 RIB bed, fitted with our RIB drawers.
Rusty Lee passenger swivel base fitted.

Came in yesterday morning as an empty van and left at 3pm with a camper van!
