Front of House / Reception Administrator

G&G Motors (NW) Ltd – Denbigh
G&G Motors (NW) Ltd are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as an additional Front of House / Reception Administrator at our busy garage in Denbigh.
This is a key role within our business, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and helping to ensure their vehicle repair and servicing experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Gathering customer and vehicle information accurately
• Assisting with the administration of vehicle repairs and servicing
• Ordering parts and liaising with technicians and suppliers
• Keeping customers informed of progress, costs, and updates
• Costing work and preparing invoices
• Processing payments and handing vehicles back to customers
• Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy garage
About You
• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good administrative and computer skills
• Previous customer service experience an advantage
• Experience in the motor trade or knowledge of vehicle components is beneficial but not essential
What We Offer
• Full-time, office-based position
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Half-hour lunch break
• No weekends
• Pay above minimum wage (dependent on experience)
• 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays
• Supportive, small-team working environment
