Moments like this never get old 🥳

Looking in the rear-view mirror and spotting a former pupil driving their own car always puts a smile on my face.

I love getting a wave from past pupils, seeing them out enjoying their independence, and receiving messages like this or photos of the cars they’ve just bought.

It’s a reminder of why I love what I do.

Huge congratulations to James for passing his driving test first time today in Herne Bay with only 1 driving fault! 😎 What a drive!

It’s been an absolute pleasure teaching you, and you made my job very easy by being such a natural driver. To achieve this result after working together for only 19 hours is fantastic.

I can’t take all the credit though — all those extra drives with Mum have clearly helped you gain experience and confidence much more quickly, so congratulations to her too! 👏

Oh and the flip flop / bare feet question? 🩴 🦶
𝗬𝗲𝘀, you can drive in flip flops or bare foot.
𝗕𝘂𝘁, you must have safe control over your vehicle. So, should you? 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔
