Ford kuga - minor service,bulb replacement, vehicle checkover

Vw transporter - screenwash not working, faulty earth repaired and now working as it should.

Mitsubishi outlander - engine rattle, traced to a noisy balance shaft,excessive wear,movement causing a horrible noise. Balance shaft delete kit fitted, engine flush, oil and filter change, now back to a smooth running engine with no more nasty noises.

Nissan qashqai in recently for a coolant leak.

On first inspection we found the vehicle to be leaking coolant quite badly. We got our coolant pressure test kit fitted to the vehicle and after pressurising the coolant system we found the oil cooler was leaking from where the oil cooler meets the filter housing.

New oil cooler/filter housing supplied and fitted. Coolant refilled and bled. Vehicle now back together with no more leaks and ready to hit the road again.

Peugeot partner in for a failed release bearing, which then caused the vehicle to not drive due to it getting stuck in the pressure plate and not able to select gear. New parts supplied and fitted -

- 3 piece clutch kit
- input shaft sleeve
- gearbox oil

Also fitted a new blower motor and resistor due to the vehicle not having any heaters,dials working at all.

All work carried out and the vehicle is now back on the road ready to go back to work.
