A lovely message from Dave following his final shift with us yesterday, which he has asked us to share with you all.
We’ve got plenty we want to say about Dave ourselves, but we’re saving that until we’ve managed to get him back in here and give him the send-off he deserves! ❤️
From Dave:
Dartmouth you have been amazing. Big shout out to Kath+Ben for pointing me in the right direction and to Julian + Jemma for showing confidence in me, little did they know they would have to put up with me for the next seven and half years. For that I am eternally grateful, thank you.
I have made that many friends since my time at the Garage. Very special friends who have made me feel like Family, you know who you are. As for my work colleagues you have all been Fantastic. To be Honest I could not have worked at a more rewarding establishment
When I arrived in Dartmouth I wasn't in the best of places but all that changed because of you lovely people, So I can now retire and call Dartmouth home and look forward to enjoying the final stage of my life, I will miss seeing each and everyone of you but im not going any where soon, So its not Goodbye its more of see you soon hopefully for a coffee or a pint in Beautiful Dartmouth
Thanks again love you all Dave ❤️ Xx just been given a envelope. Card and money, lost for words 😢
