As some of you might be aware we had a move planned due to the station redevelopment. Unfortunately everything fell through at the last minute and unfortunately we have had to cease trading.

I will leave the page open, just incase at any point things change but for now S and L is no longer trading.

Thank you so much for all your custom and support over the years, I have always classed most of my customers as friends as well.

Just to keep everyone up to date, we are moving the garage this week.

We should be up and running in the new garage, at a limited level from next week.

Luckily this customer wanted his car servicing this month before the MOT was due in March.

With that amount of play it might not have lasted till the March.

Remember you do not have to wait until the service or MOT is due. Regularly having your vehicle checked can catch wear early on.

Yesterday we picked up the keys for the new premises. In due course we will be releasing a video of its location and it’s address.

Once we have the date that we are trading from that location we will announce it on here and by SMS.

Today we had a vehicle in with the oil pressure light flashing . The vehicle hadn’t been serviced for quiet some time and after removal of the oil filter it was easy to see what was causing the problem . This vehicle is now all serviced and running the way it should ! To make a book in please give us a call or message the page and one of our team will get back to you .

The customer came in with very little drive. This is why the clutch has completely collapsed.

The customer is all back on the road and happy 😃.

Two vehicles in for service this week both with clogged air filters . Both vehicles were overdue there service and when a filter is this clogged it can cause poor running . With the air filter replaced as both vehicles had a full service, these vehicles are now good until the next one is due ! For a quotation you can ring or give us a message and we will get back to you as fast as possible .

Today we had a customer come in complaining of a grating noise from the rear of the vehicle . After removing the back wheels it was clear the rear pads had gone metal to metal on this one . On top of this the disc was badly cracked and didn’t take much to sheer in half on removal. If you ever have any doubt in your brakes come down to get them checked and we will keep you safe on the road !
