We can carry out servicing and repairs including; engine rebuilds, engine conversions, turbo charger repairs, clutch fitting, alloy welding, and MOT work carried out. Good morning a few more from our workings past and present
And there is a lot to get up the reports for Tina as well as developments
I did have last night off to get thro paperwork and stuff but mush laid beside me and that was that we fell asleap untill this morning haha

Not only car related stuff we do if you don’t already know I’m a great collector of the vintage stationary engines or barn engines that you see at steam fairs and vintage farm meets across the country the little green engines or big ones
We were asked to supply and liner this open crank
Of which we obliged
Bit fiddly to jig it but we did
Took a little time but sorted it Westwood liner and rebored and honed to size thou larger on piston clearance as these engines like to run hot there cooling system relies on the water boiling off to cool itself
Liner secured using Bondchem lock we only use the best products in our assemblies

It’s been manic I’m not complaining I can say that I didn’t relise it would take this long to make the time back for 3 weeks off with the shingles virus
It’s done and gone as they say but my chest still isn’t right but hey ho I’m still here
Now we’re almost caught back up to where we were before that episode
Yes I’ve had a bit of time away with the car and being with mum when she asked me to stay in
Got a strange job alloy welding one I’m not posting pics or details as it was not authorised to do I’m respecting that , it was a bit testing and delicate to say the least but we did it
There is another selection of posts getting put into the schedule to pop up this week

Good afternoon from the mad professor in a onesie and crocs
What a weekend that was
Little bit of a change for me on the Friday as you know I collect vintage stationary engines had a trip on steam train locomotion to be exact another piece of history thankyou to those that made it possible for us for this to happen
There is a lot going on more structure slowley reorganising myself to make things better been stuck in the old ways is hard to get out of bear with me if the instagram posts and tictok are not upto everyone’s standard but I’ll get there
Finding a little time to upload content is challenging but will get there as well
Getting a good headway now hope you like the snipit updates I appologise if I r missed anyone or calls I can’t message during the day at the min but if messaged thro the page someone will get back to you as fast as we can
I’m trying to get back on top of everything where we need to be I do have a waiting list for once im not complaining just not working myself to death but I will get through everything
I’ve got a lot of media to post trying to keep the communication as that is the key to everything communication and planning

There is a lot of Tina updates to go up of which I’ll be doing them in slots hope you like them there is a lot

Couple on the dyno for setup and checks
Mr2 with 3 ltr v6 fuel issues pump and new regulator and a check gave out nice heathy 207 for a stock engine

Lotus cortina mk1 carbs setup
Was a little tedious but we ended up a great 107 for a stout 1.5 but needs primery jets as still a tad lean on the progression side if things
On the lotus the green trace is what we started with and the red and black one is what we ended up with after a frenzy of jet changes
Full weekend of fabrication and machining to come
