Christmas/New Year Opening Notice
As we head into the festive season, All of our offices will be closed for the Christmas holidays from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, reopening on 5 January 2026 at 9:00am.
Our last office day will be Saturday

🔐 Storage access over Christmas:
All existing customers can continue to access their units as normal throughout the holidays using their unique access codes — so there’s no need to worry about access while we’re closed.

When considering the level of a storage insurance cover you require for stored items, do take the time to properly research the true replacement costs of items, especially if it has been a while since you purchased them. 📦 STORAGE TIP: How to Pack Fragile Items

Moving or storing breakables? Here’s how to keep your fragile items safe:

✅ Wrap individually – Use bubble wrap, paper, or soft cloths for each item.
✅ Fill the gaps – Line the bottom of the box and fill any empty spaces to prevent movement.
✅ Label clearly – Write FRAGILE on all sides of the box.
✅ Stack smart – Keep heavier boxes on the bottom and lighter, delicate ones on top.
✅ Use sturdy boxes – Weak or reused boxes may collapse under pressure.
