Because of constant problems arising with "0CK" gearboxes, including electronic and mechanical side, for example, very common is a gear synchro fault! We have a standard procedure now to check and properly diagnose every 0CK gearbox especially. We strip down every gearbox and inspect gear chain as well as clutch and other elements. The fault codes can be very confusing sometimes and be exactly the same for electronic or mechanical issues, which leads some garages to replacing the very expensive mechatronic first!!..(mechatronic can be repaired by us also!)..btw...WE REPAIR NOT REPLACING, TO SAVE YOU MONEY! 😉💰
