🚨 OUR FIRST JOB USING OSCA DIAGNOSTICS! 🚨

🔧💻 2023 MG4 ELECTRIC ⚡️

Today we put our new OSCA Diagnostics system to work for the first time on this 2023 MG4 Electric.

The job:
🔴 Rear brake discs & pads

On modern electric vehicles, replacing the brakes can involve much more than simply removing the old discs and pads.

Using OSCA, we were able to place the MG4 into brake service mode, allowing us to safely carry out the brake replacement.

⚠️ Why is this important?

Failing to correctly put the vehicle into the required service mode can potentially cause damage to the vehicle's brake control system, resulting in a very expensive repair.

Thanks to our new OSCA diagnostic capability, there was no need for the customer to take their MG4 to the main dealer.

That means we were able to carry out the job here at Howden Automotive, saving the customer both time and potentially a significant amount of money. 💷⏱️

This is exactly why we continue to invest in the latest diagnostic equipment and technology — giving our customers access to advanced diagnostic capabilities without automatically having to go to the main dealer.
