Name a better way to end the week 💪

The Group A rally, and touring car legend, in arguably it's most famous form. The Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500.

We are lucky enough to see this car regularly for servicing and maintenance, as well as MOT. So you will have seen it on our timeline before. Yesterday we did a small service, checkover and MOT.

We had another rare, Swedish performance estate in the workshop recently.

This V60 T6 Polestar came in for some maintenance, repairs and an MOT. New Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S all round, OE 370mm 2 piece front discs and genuine pads, along with rears to match, a service using genuine parts and the all important geometry to finish.

The customer has already reported a huge improvement in braking feel on the journey home, and we're sure once the tyres have scrubbed in it will feel transformed.

We carried out a manufacturer spec oil service on this X3M this week. We updated the online history with BMW, syncing it with the I-drive and we always use the correct spec Shell engine oil, and OE filters, keeping the warranty intact.

Something a bit different on the geometry ramp yesterday.

An Aerial Atom 3. Weighing 520kg and running a supercharged Honda K20 pushing 300hp means this will do 0-60 in under 3 seconds 🤯

Adjustable everything, rose joints and lock wire. It's a proper motorsport built machine. You couldn't do your weekly shop with it, but it will harass much bigger and more expensive things round a track.

We've been working hard behind the scenes with .uk to set up a one stop shop for all your upgrade rotor needs, right here at ABP in Cheshire.

We now stock a huge range of Girodisc rotors and associated hardware, and can ship directly to UK customers, as well as fit in our workshop.

Pictured is the best selling 2 piece rotor upgrade for the GR Yaris. Replacement front rotors and slightly larger rears, with caliper spacers. We coupled these with Endless pads for a top quality fast road setup.

Now, we'd probably say this isn't our usual type of thing, and it would be honest of us to say that we aren't the biggest fans of Teslas either (sorry, not sorry).

However, we are keen on getting cars of all types to drive better, improve handling and ride, and increase the overall performance. And this is exactly what we've done with this Model Y.

Tein UK supply an adjustable shock absorber kit for the Model Y, which greatly reduces the harsh standard ride. We fitted the Enduro Pro Plus kit, set the alignment and adjusted the dampers to improve ride and handling.

This is a Toyota Yaris GRMN. It was limited to just 100 cars in the UK (600 globally) so it's not something you see very often.

Powered by a 1.8 supercharged engine, not found in any other model (although the engine is essentially that from a Celica, minus the forced induction). It has a Torsen L*D and it was co-developed with Toyota's own WRC team.

It was in with us for new brake pads, before another trip back to it's spiritual home, the Nurburgring.
