This time tomorrow, traders will be frantically setting up for doors opening at 10AM (09:30 for VIP ticket holders).

There’s a few VIP tickets left on the website, you can also purchase the standard admission tickets (we like to call it the Q-Buster) there too, which will get you in much quicker than joining the pay on the door line.

See you all tomorrow morning. Remember it’s free parking and there’s a great cafe at the K2.

We open our doors this coming Sunday 19th April at 10AM.

Adults £5, Accompanied under 16s FREE.

Tickets are available on the website plus a booking fee, and no queuing whilst people pay cash on the door. There’s also a £10 VIP ticket which gets you in at 09:30 for that early bargain hunting.

With just over three weeks to go, we still have some tables available (all tables against walls are now full).

If you haven’t secured your space, please visit: https://threshold.aero/fairs/lgw and fill in the traders form. Also if you haven’t paid for your space yet it isn’t guaranteed. Traders Arrival Instructions email will be sent out next week.

For those wanting to attend, we take cash/card on the door, you can buy your entrance ticket on the above link (+booking fee) if you don’t want to stand in the long pay on door queue. There’s also a VIP ticket, which gets you entrance half an hour before the official opening of 10AM.

We are pleased to announce the second of our successful Patch and Merchandise Meet to be held in Swindon on Sunday, 13th April 2025.

We were very grateful to the Army Flying Museum for hosting the last Meet, but the hall space there did not allow us to grow the event. So, we are moving to the large Village Hotel in Swindon.

Please pass this email on to anyone who wants a table or two to sell their merchandise.

We hope you can join us there.

The Hotel, located close to Junction 16 on the M4, has a large event space, easy access for loading and unloading, loads of free parking, a Starbucks and restaurant on-site with other shops and restaurants close by:
