Ever wonder why fire trucks are red?

That's a fun question! Interestingly, fire trucks are traditionally red because, historically, red was associated with the most prestigious and expensive color, symbolizing importance and urgency. Additionally, in the early days of firefighting, fire companies often competed to be the fastest and most impressive, and red was chosen to stand out and show pride. Over time, red became the standard color for fire trucks, making them easily recognizable and distinct on the road.
