It takes training, experience, knowledge, and the right approach to create an accurate test path which will then lead towards the accurate diagnosis of a faulty component or software.

“Just had a service, timing belt change and a few other bits and bobs done. The work was completed with no issues in good time, at reasonable cost and a courtesy car was provided.

The team kept me well informed throughout, cleaned the car thoroughly and left a tin of sweets in the car. Frankly, the sweets alone was enough to win me over but all in all a great service and I would happily return in future.”

Whether the job is a straight forward service or a more in-depth diagnosis, we only supply and fit parts which are supplied by either the manufacturer of the vehicle, or the manufacturer of the part themselves, as the vehicle left the factory - so you can be sure every time that your vehicle is receiving the best possible care whilst it is with us.

In these photos the Service Technician can be seen checking the brake disc and pad dimensions on a late Audi Q3 in order to be able to cross-check these measurements with the factory information for service life, and recommend ONLY what is necessary for the vehicle.
