I'm aware there have been delays and that all efforts are being made to catch up as we emerge from the Covid pandemic. Following Boris’s announcement earlier today, it has been confirmed that I can start teaching driving lessons again from Monday 12th April! 👍👍👍
I will be in touch this week to re-book lessons for my current pupils, then I will contact those people on my waiting list.

You may have heard today’s announcement by the Government that our area is going into Tier 4 from midnight.
Unfortunately this means I will not be able to give driving lessons until further notice, and tests will be suspended and re-arranged.
I will be in touch with my current pupils (and those on the waiting list) as soon as I hear when lessons can resume to re-arrange and book first lessons in.

Just had the following confirmation:

Driving lessons in England

Driving lessons will be suspended in England from Thursday 5 November. They’re allowed to start again on Wednesday 2 December 2020.

Malcolm will contact pupils to re-arrange lessons

Hi all, unfortunately there is still no indication when driving instructors can return to work.

Hi everyone!
It’s still not clear when Driving Instructors will be able to start up driving lessons again?
But it looks like it could still be a few weeks yet.
However I am hoping to get some official advice from the Driving Standards Agency over the next few days, so as soon as i know anything I will update this page
