โข Answering phone calls and handling enquiries efficiently
โข Managing bookings, appointments and customer records
โข Supporting the team with general administrative duties
โข Handling emails and directing queries to the appropriate departments
โข Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

โข Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or admin role preferred
โข Strong communication and organisational skills
โข Confident using computers and basic office systems
โข Reliable, punctual and able to manage a busy workload

โข Experience within the automotive or accident repair industry
โข Familiarity with booking systems or customer management software
โข Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
