And the winner is......Evtec Automotive! 🎉 🏆 🎉

At Wednesday's The Manufacturer TMMX awards, businesses from across the country gathered to celebrate all that is great about manufacturing in the UK.

Evtec Automotive were thrilled to be a finalist in SIX categories, and on the big night, we were awarded:

🏆 Winner of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion 🏆

but also....

🏆 'Manufacturer of the year - SME' 🏆

Being shortlisted for any category is a huge achievement for us - a small facility in Coventry purchased out of administration in 2021 - but to be crowned Manufacturer of the year - SME is huge, and proves that businesses can thrive with a diverse workforce and the right mindset, always looking for ways to innovate, learn and grow.

On the night, a team from Evtec, including our ambassador Nicolas Hamilton, were on hand to accept the award, alongside our Managing director Kevin Hubbard & Chairman David Roberts.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the whole team effort in Coventry, along with the fantastic support from Hereward College & Corley Academy.

Free pizza day for everyone at Evtec to thank them for their continued efforts in delivering further brilliant Quality results and continuing our commitment to drive to zero in this area.

Fresh, homemade pizzas provided by our fantastic kitchen staff. Well done, and thank you to everyone!

On 24th June, we paused production for a very special event in our calendar.

Our entire team gathered to celebrate with this year's intake of exceptional students as they reached the end of their placement at Evtec, supported by Hereward College & Corley Academy.

Our ambassador, Nicolas Hamilton, proudly presented all 15 students with awards in recognition of the huge achievement.

As you can see in this short video, the students thoroughly enjoyed their final day with us, with many taking the opportunity to grab the mic and say a few words themselves!

Thanks to all families of the students & special guests that joined us to celebrate the achievement. all would agree it was a fantastic day and we look forward to welcoming a further group of students later this year.
