Here at LEVC we are industry leaders when it comes to our product. We also like to ensure we are leading the way in terms of what we reward our loyal employees with and have a comprehensive benefit system to cover all aspects of employees’ life and work.

Amanraj joined as a Finance Graduate 6 weeks ago and has already been involved in lots of exciting projects within the Finance department. As part of what is a 3-Year Graduate Placement, Amanraj is also due to commence his CIMA Level 7 Qualification in just a few weeks.

When it comes to Health and Wellbeing, here at LEVC we go above and beyond to ensure this for our employees.

From employee days to a dedicated team to support with Mental Health we ensure our employees feel supported. It doesn’t stop with Mental Health though, here at our Headquarters in Ansty, we look after our employees Physical Health too and have a gym onsite!

To get the best out of our employees we believe we need to give them the best support. We have a professional provide gym inductions for all employees wishing to use the gym so they can workout safely and have changing and shower facilities on site.

We don’t just build electric cars, we also build healthy, strong employees!

Like James Bond our taxis are global icons in themselves and our new model of the TX is moving ahead of our competitors with it being the very first taxi which can drive purely on electric power.

Since it began in 1994, the Magical Taxi Tour has taken more than 5000 children with chronic diseases and life limiting conditions to Disneyland Paris in our black cabs including the new electric TX model.

Talking place every year, the tour is a three day trip of a lifetime, starting in Canary Wharf, London and features a convoy of licensed London Taxis who take the children over the course of a weekend.

The event survives on the generosity of drivers and sponsors and our parent owners Geely also made a donation of £100,000 which allows the event to continue until 2024 and gives this once in a lifetime opportunity to more children who deserve it most.

As you might expect from the makers of next-generation electric vehicles, our factory has been designed and built to be green. In 2020 we switched our energy supply to 100% renewable energy.

750,000 gallons of rainfall is collected through guttering and channeled to an underground storage tank. The water is then recycled, feeding a network of naturalised ponds that are home to numerous species.

We also have 365 photovoltaic solar panels that adorn the factory’s roof which are used to generate energy for use in production and lighting across the premises. It feels good to work for a company that is working to protect the environment. Find out more on our website!

Here at LEVC we are already meeting the governments pledge to produce only zero emissions vehicles by 2030.

We are the UKs first vehicle manufacturing plant dedicated exclusively to electric vehicle production and so it is no surprise that you can expect to see electric charging points in our car park at our Head Quarters in Coventry.

** Job Opportunity - Solicitor - Coventry **

LEVC is currently expanding its product range and rapidly growing its European and rest of world export activities from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Warwickshire. To help steer the company on this journey we are looking for an ambitious, hands on solicitor to join our team.

The role will naturally require strong drafting skills, an ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, a confidence to effectively negotiate, a desire to build a comprehensive understanding of the business and an ability to hit the ground running. You will also need to be flexible in your approach, able to prioritise around changing needs, willing to support a wide range of areas and able to effectively manage external counsel.

This role would suit a solicitor who enjoys taking on responsibility, has an adaptive problem solving approach to finding innovative solutions and is seeking to gain exposure to more senior/strategic legal activity through involvement in key projects and ongoing support from the Head of Legal.
