Northants Commercials Ltd Truck and Trailer Servicing and Repairs and Mot Northants Commercials Ltd was established in 2003.

Starting off as a one man in a van company we quickly gained higher volumes of work enabling us to set up our first workshop and put a second van into operation. From there we have grown and been able to commision our own purpose built workshop and add tractor units and further service vans to our fleet. Following rapid expansion we are now one of the largest independent commercial service & repai

r operators in the county. We have a large & diverse customer base, working closely with some of the biggest fleet operators in the country. We work closely with the large hire companies and we are approved repairers for all the main trailer manufacturers.

🚛 WE’RE HIRING – YARD MAN / TELEHANDLER DRIVER 🚛

Northants Commercials are looking for a reliable Yard Man / Telehandler Driver to join our busy HGV workshop.

🔧 Duties include:
• Loading trailers for MOTs & laden brake tests
• Yard organisation & cleanliness
• General yard duties

🎓 Telehandler licence NOT essential – training can be provided
💪 Must be reliable with a good attitude

Due to the additional need to support our customers and the growing needs for laden brake testing.

We are in need of an additional HGV driver.

Duties to include.

Carrying out collection and delivery of customers vehicles and trailers.

Present vehicles and trailers for mot.

Carrying out laden brake tests.

Forklift / telehandler licences advantage but not essential

Hours 7:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
(some flexibility on hours or part time for right candidate)

No weekends or bank holidays

Pay competitive but to be discussed at interview
