We are hiring

The Job

Mechanical repairs, servicing and inspections on light and heavy commercial vehicles
Complete service and inspection records accurately
Completion of defect reports and associated paperwork to comply with legal requirements
Prepare vehicles and trailers including washing for annual MOT testing to ensure first time pass rates
General vehicle repairs, investigating and rectifying vehicle defects
Diagnose faults efficiently and take corrective action
Ensuring the correct and effective safe use of all tools, plant and ancillary equipment
Maintain good housekeeping standards

What we are looking for

Qualified in HGV/ Commercial Vehicle Repair
Proven mechanical experience on light commercial vehicles, trucks and trailers
Knowledge of diagnostics and fault finding
HGV Class 1 or HGV Class 2 driving license (desirable)
Positive disposition & attitude to work

The Salary

25K-29K Depending on experience
