GT 101 provides Sales, Storage, Servicing, Repairs, Upgrades & Accessories for Ford GT, Mustang and At GT101 the focus is on the customers and the cars.

GT101 Limited is the first UK business dedicated specifically to the Ford GT. Providing sales, storage and paintwork care along with full servicing, upgrades, repairs and all aspects of maintenance. GT101 also offer upgrade and maintenance services for late mode Mustangs and VW performance models

GT101 is owned and run by David Jones who has worked on all aspects of the Ford GT since it first appeared in Europe in 2004. He led the engineering project to convert the Official 101 cars supplied by Ford of Europe in 2005 and has since gone on to manage Ford GT customer needs for the following years. Everything that we do is intended to enhance the ownership experience. If you have any questions about buying, selling or living with the Ford GT then please contact us. If you own an S550 Mustang we offer an endless list of upgrades and services. We are RacingLine OEM+ dealers too so offer upgrades for VW, Audi and Seat performance models, both software and hardware.

We’re spending this week getting better acquainted with the incredible Ford Mustang GTD at the Ford Technology and Training Centre in Cologne, Germany.

Our technicians are receiving the latest technical training to allow us to correctly support Mustang GTD owners - and we can’t wait to welcome these incredible cars to our family of supported Ford vehicles.

A fitting end to our time at Unit 11 in Colchester; just as Dave started GT101 here with a Ford GT, we end our time in this unit with one - and a nice sunset for good measure!

Whilst our Essex chapter may have closed, we’ve already been busy preparing our new home in Leicestershire - our original GT101 ramps were actually recommissioned today, together with a host of our other equipment 🛠️

We can’t wait to welcome you all when our shutters go back up in a few weeks time, suffice to say Ford GT and Mustang owners have plenty to look forward to - we’ve been busy!

Rob came in to see us recently for us to help get his Mustang sitting and handling better; achieved in this case with some Steeda springs, some new lighter wheels and a full geometry setup - not forgetting a new rear spoiler lip 🤌

It’s not his first performance car though having been through a long list of hot hatches and more - but we all know it’s hard to beat a 5.0 Coyote and it sounds like Rob will be hanging on to his Mustang for quite some time.

Black and orange might not be everyone’s first choice colour-combo, but this immaculate ultra-low mileage example, in with us for its annual service and inspection recently proves, it really ought to be!

The orange accents against the black work so well - an inspired choice.

Leveraging the design and manufacturing skills of our sister company 09designofficial means we’re now able to bring new products to the market, ensure continued supply of previously discontinued parts - and as in this case, address known issues, like distorted 2005/06 Ford GT clamshell vents.

Our GT101 replacement billet vents have been meticulously produced just a few metres away from our new home in the midlands and feature a perfect vent profile replication and also a curved body to match the clamshell profile - not only do they fit perfectly, they will not distort after prolonged heat cycles, unlike the OE vents 👌

Rob came to see us at the start of Summer and shared his plans of how he wanted to transform his beloved Mustang into something truly unique 💭

Fast forward a few months and he was back to collect his creation, which featured re-worked calipers in a custom finish with Pedders discs and pads, a set of Shelby wheels, together with a number of Shelby-inspired bodywork touches… topped off with some custom stripes that he helped design together with our friends at Branding Specialists

It’s not just about the looks either, as Rob wanted things livened up on the performance side, too 💪

A JLT intake and full Borla ATAK system now handle the induction and exhaust duties, singing in perfect harmony with his Coyote - and we’ve optimised it all and enhanced drivability with a GT101 FLASHlink Stage 1 ECU calibration (more on that coming soon)👌

We all know how much attention a Mustang gets, but what about after its makeover? “It’s been amazing, so many compliments from strangers and friends alike!”

Our fourth GT101 H pipe installation of the week and guess what, we’ve got another one scheduled for tomorrow as well 👌

From S550 to S650 we’ve had them all, including Zulf’s lovely Dark Horse, which is now sounding exactly how it should’ve done from the factory - and thanks to the break-in oil change we also carried out, is ready to be enjoyed to the max!
