Latest custom Carbon Fibre air box - for a 1971 Lancia Fulvia. The air box is our standard Hockenhiem 354 air box fitted with an angled inlet snorkel. This allows connection of 100mm ducting that in turn connects to a performance cone-type air filter hidden neatly by the wing. The Fulvia has quite a tight engine bay, with an angled radiator to complicate fitment, however the Hockenhiem 354 just squeezes in making use of all the available space.

From pattern to part: for these grille vents, we machined a pattern from Epoxy tooling board that was then used to create Carbon Fibre production tooling. The result of this process, and using our Autoclave, means we can manufacture high-quality Carbon Fibre parts that require no painting/clear coating to achieve that finished shine - just light sanding and then polishing.
