🎉🚛 Huge congratulations to our very own grease-stained hero, Kieran, for passing his Class 1 test this week! 💪

From turning spanners to now turning the wheels of the big rigs, he’s officially upgraded from “just good with tools” to “good with EVERYTHING on the road… and still happy to get his hands dirty in the workshop!”

And now it’s Kieran’s turn to make the cuppas… just remember, we’re expecting a nice one! ☕😂

🎉🚛 HUGE CONGRATS to our very own Emma, the queen of the Wrights Workshop, who absolutely SMASHED her Class 1 test today! 💪💥

That’s right – she’s now officially licensed to drive trucks bigger than most people’s houses! 🏠➡️🚚

Who said this industry is just for men? Emma’s out here shifting gears, breaking stereotypes, and probably parallel parking better than the rest of us combined. 👑

The Wrights team are levelling UP – upskilling so we can keep providing the best, most professional service around. And Emma’s leading the charge (and the lorries)! 🚛💨

🚛🎉 Massive congratulations to our very own mechanic, Adam who smashed his Class 1 test this morning! 💪

We can officially confirm he’s now licensed to reverse a 40ft trailer into a space tighter than the boss’s budget 😂👏

Huge thanks to LGV Trainers for getting him through it.

Well done, Adam… now there’s no escape when we need those big wagons moved! 😅

Nothing says Friday morning quite like pulling a 44-tonne truck over… for a bacon sandwich stop 🥓🚛😂 Even Andy our Class 1 instructor didn’t mind the break (in fact, he was first in the queue!).

Turns out he’s not just great at fixing buses — he can drive them too! Next stop: tea break 😏☕

Huge well done to Adam from passing his Bus licence. On route to filling up all the categories on the back of his licence! Just Class 1 to go 👌🏻

Wrights Will Be Closed Saturday 12th April

Because even legends need a day off — and this Saturday, we’re trading keys for cake and high-vis for high heels at a big family event. (aka a rare sighting of us all in formalwear, behaving for photos... hopefully).

Don’t panic! We’re open as usual all week in the lead-up to Saturday, so if you need to grab a van, get moved, or escape the in-laws, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll be back in action on Monday, full of stories, probably a little cake, a lot of regret about dancing too hard to Come On Eileen, and definitely still judging your parking when you return the van.

Thanks for your understanding — and if you turn up on Saturday, feel free to press your nose against the window and dramatically whisper:
“But I just needed a van to move Nan’s old sofa...”
