Block Bookings & Gift vouchers:
An administration fee of £25 is included in the cost of Gift Vouchers and/or Block Bookings and we regret that this is non-refundable in any and all circumstances. Pre-Paid, discounted block bookings should be paid in full, a minimum of one week in advance of lessons commencing, or at the time of booking where less than one week remains prior to the first lesson. A cash refund, less administration fees, is available up to and including the first 30 days providing the voucher has not yet been redeemed, partially or otherwise. Discontinuing lessons prior to a block’s completion forfeits the right to any discounted or promotional rates. In such cases, the current standard hourly rate will be applied retrospectively to the hours already used, and the difference deducted from any settlement. Following a successful test result, retiring pupils will receive a full cash refund of any unused hours less the administration fee.

Waiting times:
Recipients of pre-paid block bookings or pre-paid vouchers are given Priority Status on the waiting list. Once funds have been cleared, pupils are then placed at, or near, the top of the waiting list alongside other "priority" pupils. Spaces are then offered in turn depending on a pupil’s suitability to any available vacancy, and this is mostly determined by their own availability and location. Every effort will be made to give priority pupils the quickest start possible. However, should an opening be unsuitable for any person on the priority list, the position will then be offered to the candidate most suited to the vacancy, whether on the priority list or not.

Cancellations:
Instructors wages are paid from tuition fees and it is only right therefore, to try and give as much notice as possible when cancelling a lesson. Early warning may grant them a little time to try and fill the gap in the diary, to help minimise any losses. Therefore, the following rules apply:
1. A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required in all circumstances.
2. Where less than 24 hours notice is received, or
3. Where NO Notice has been given i.e. a pupil fails to attend (FTA) or where same day cancellations occur (SDC’s), the full cost of the lesson will be charged, without exception.

Fees should be paid prior to lessons commencing. This can be done either:
• In person - at the business address, (please do not send cash through the post), or to the instructor on the day, with the exception of a first block booking, where fees should be paid in advance.
