Alloy wheel straightening.

Hi, with my machine i can help you with getting your wheel straightened if you have you hit a pothole ect and bent your wheel to the point all the air has escaped and the tyre can’t be inflated, Or if it’s leaking slightly, that machine is the equipment to straighten the wheel and get you back on the road, I can source new or part worn tyres if needed. Also offer alloy wheel welding, sealing leaks, locknut removal.

This car came in for a few different services, one of them was a gloss enhancement, paint correction and a 12 month wax protection. Customer was happy with how it turned out. One wheel welded, paintwork got a stage one gloss enhancement 12 months wax protection.

Small scratch on bumper repaired and painted. This one is a three stage pearl paint which takes more time to do and needs a ground coat then a pearl top coat. Fair we bit of masking up. Customer was happy. Both the o s diamond cut alloy wheels got refurbished also.

Lock nut removal today. Customer had been left the wrong locknut key in the car when they bought it. They had taken the car into a garage for maintenance and the garage couldn’t do the necessary work needed. The garage tried to remove one of the locknuts but no success so I got the call. Locknuts were of within 20 minutes of arriving at my garage. Car now can go back to mechanics and carryon with the maintenance.

£15 per locknut removal
£5-£10 nut replacement
Can do mobile at a call-out charge.

Work in progress on this wheel, it’s a sore one but after a some pushing and straightening on the machine it’s getting there. There’s 5mm still to push to get it aligned nice and straight. I’ll leave it for tonight and finish it tomorrow. Already did a gloss enhancement and protection polish package on a black Ford Fiesta today so enough is enough for today back into it tomorrow to finish this wheel as there’s another wheel booked in for tomorrow to get straightened, Busy busy 🛞.
