This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of the hard work, dedication and attention to detail shown by our entire team.
Maintaining the highest manufacturer standards takes a huge amount of commitment behind the scenes, and we're incredibly proud of everyone involved.

James Alpe Charity Golf Day – A Cause Close to Our Hearts

Every year, James Alpe proudly hosts our annual Charity Golf Day, raising funds for a variety of fantastic charities over the years.

This year, we chose to support The Rosemere Cancer Foundation, a charity that does incredible work supporting cancer care across our local hospitals, helping to fund vital research, specialist equipment and improved treatments for patients.

Whilst every charity we have supported has been important to us, this year our chosen cause has an extra special meaning.
One of our much-valued James Alpe team member and friend is currently receiving cancer treatment. We are incredibly proud of the strength, courage and positivity she has shown throughout her journey. She is a very important part of our team, and knowing that we are supporting a charity which helps people just like her has made this year's event even more meaningful to us all.

It's a reminder that behind every charity are real people, families, friends and colleagues whose lives are touched by the work they do.

At James Alpe, we have always believed in giving something back to our community, and this year's golf day was another fantastic opportunity to bring people together, enjoy a great day and raise money for a truly worthwhile cause.

Thanks to the fantastic generosity of everyone involved, we raised £4,853.57, with an additional £280 in Gift Aid, bringing our grand total to an amazing £5,133.57 for The Rosemere Cancer Foundation!

We couldn't be more delighted with this result, knowing that every penny will help support the incredible work the charity does for cancer patients and their families.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated prizes & contributed in any way. Your generosity and continued support make these events possible year after year.

🥇 GOLD for James Alpe 🏆 . 🌱

Thursday 3rd September at the NBRA Awards in Coventry was one we won’t forget.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that James Alpe Accident Repair Centre has won Gold in the Greener Bodyshop Awards!

And what made the evening even more special? Having the trophy presented by Frank Bruno himself. 🥊🏆

But behind every award is a team, and this one belongs to ours.

Sustainability isn’t just something we talk about. It’s about the decisions we make every day: reducing waste, using resources responsibly, continually improving how we work and challenging ourselves to find better, greener ways of doing things.

It’s about recognising that the future of our industry depends on how responsibly we repair today.

And that takes a great team.

We couldn’t be prouder of the people at James Alpe who continue to push boundaries, embrace change and strive to be better, not just for our customers, but for the environment too. 🌍

Gold is a fantastic achievement. But knowing it represents the hard work and commitment of our whole team makes it even more special.

On Saturday 5th September, just under 60 members of the James Alpe team, along with family members, came together for a very special charity walk in memory of our much-loved colleague and dear friend who we sadly lost. ❤️

Starting in Barley, we took on a challenging 7.5-mile route over the Pendle Hill Steps to the Trig Point, before continuing through Downham and Chatburn and finishing in Clitheroe — around four hours of walking, plenty of hills, tired legs and, most importantly, lots of support for one another along the way.

The day was about much more than completing the walk. It was a reminder of the community we have built at James Alpe and the friendships that go far beyond simply working together.

To see so many colleagues and their families give up their Saturday, encourage each other through the tougher parts of the route and come together in memory of someone who meant so much to us was incredibly special.
We’re also incredibly proud that, thanks to everyone who took part, donated and supported us, £1,010.00 was raised for The Brain Tumour Charity, making an already special day even more worthwhile.

Our friend and colleague Simon remains very much a part of the James Alpe family. Saturday gave us another opportunity to share stories, have a few laughs, remember the good times and create some new memories together in his honour.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and supported the walk. It was a challenging day, but one that showed exactly what being part of the James Alpe team is all about, friendship, community and being there for one another.

A great day, for a great cause, in memory of a great friend who will never be forgotten. ❤️

🚗 Another Audit Season, Another Fantastic Result! 👏

It’s been a busy few months at James Alpe Accident Repair Centre, and we’re incredibly proud to have successfully passed our latest manufacturer audits with flying colours! 🎉

With 34 manufacturer approvals, maintaining the high standards required by our manufacturer partners is a huge team effort.

Recently, the team successfully completed audits for Honda, Mazda and Suzuki, before also achieving an excellent result in our latest BSI inspection. ✅

These audits are about much more than ticking a box. They demonstrate the quality of our repairs, our investment in the latest equipment and training, and the robust processes we have in place across the business.

As Managing Director Lee Shaw says:

“I’m incredibly proud of the team and the commitment they continue to show. We’re not simply looking to maintain the approvals we have; we’re continuing to develop and grow.”

And we’re not stopping there…

🎯 34 approvals achieved.
36 is the target by the end of the year!

And we couldn’t be prouder of the recognition for our team — especially Joseph Cooper, one of our apprentices, who has been named a finalist for the Bob Linwood Apprentice of the Year Award. 👏🔧

Today, we're incredibly proud to celebrate five members of the James Alpe Accident Repair Centre team who have successfully completed their three-year apprenticeship programmes – and every one of them has passed with flying colours!

The new Security Related Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Information (SERMI) standard was introduced across the UK earlier this year, creating a new benchmark for accessing security-related vehicle information within the automotive repair industry.

Achieving SERMI approval means we can continue to access the essential security-related information required to repair vehicles safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer and industry standards.

This accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to:

We are extremely excited to share our recent news.

James Alpe Ltd are proud to have been awarded the Central Region Stellantis 'Stellar' Accident Repairer Award 2026.

Now in its third year, the Stellantis Stellar Awards recognise the very best Accident Repair Centres within the Stellantis Multi-Brand Network. The award celebrates businesses that consistently demonstrate exceptional standards, performance and commitment to the Accident Repair Programme.

Our centre was selected by our Regional Bodyshop Development Manager and the Stellantis Accident Repair Programme Management Team in recognition of our outstanding contribution to the network.

Paul Glover - Network Manager at Stellantis Accident Repair Programme commented, "We have a fantastic network of accident repairers in our Multi-Brand Programme, and it's important that we recognise the top performers in this new and innovative way. They should be very proud of this achievement."

James Alpe commented after receiving the award,
