We are seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our long-established business in Clitheroe.

This is a fast-paced role which involves good communication and customer service skills as well as a good standard of numeracy, literacy and competence in IT.

The role will involve:
👩‍🔧 Pricing up parts for technicians and customers
👥 Serving customers over the counter
📞 Answering the phones & responding to emails
🧾 Providing quotes and estimates
🛍️ Placing orders and liaising with suppliers
✅ Checking/maintaining stock
📦 Picking parts for jobs/orders
💷 Invoicing
📈 Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Desirable factors:
🚗 A Full UK driving license is preferred but not essential
🔍 Full in-house training will be provided
🛠️ An interest in cars is a plus

⏰ Hours of Work:
Full time, permanent - 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday in 4 on a rota basis
🏖️ Holiday entitlement:
22 days per year plus bank holidays, plus increased allowance with length of service
💷 Salary:
Dependent on experience

A rare opportunity has come up within our long-standing business. We are seeking a vehicle technician.

🚗 Must have minimum NVQ level 3 in light maintenance.
🪪 Full UK driving licence mandatory.
🚜 You must be able to carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on cars and light commercials, including fault finding and diagnostics.
🚙 Land Rover knowledge would be an advantage.
🏆 You will also have the opportunity to qualify as a MOT tester.

🌴 Holiday entitlement 22 days per year plus Bank Holidays, with additional holiday entitlement with long service.
