Following the successful installation of their first TrafficJet Xpress, Intelligent Traffic Systems Ltd have now invested in a second Xpress printer alongside a VeloBlade digital cutting system to further enhance their production capabilities.

With increased capacity, fast turnaround times and streamlined finishing, the additional equipment will support the ITS team as demand continues to grow. The combination of TrafficJet Xpress print technology and VeloBlade precision cutting delivers an efficient, high quality workflow for the production of durable traffic signs.

Last week, Lewis and Danny had the pleasure of attending a two-day multi-brand vehicle wrap course at the Spandex Experience Centre, led by Application Specialist Jason Davison.

The course included hands-on application, working with cast, polymeric and monomeric films across a range of recesses and contours commonly found on vehicles. This gave them valuable insight into the challenges our customers face when applying reflective and fluorescent vinyls.

They left with not only new skills and knowledge, but also a renewed appreciation for the precision, patience and craftsmanship required to achieve a professional vehicle wrap. Challenging? Absolutely. Rewarding and great fun? Without a doubt.

Community spirit continues at Lakeside Group!

Not wishing to be outdone, Team 2 headed out on their local area litter pick determined to collect just as much (if not more!) than Team 1. Thankfully, Clevedon obliged with yet another rogue trolley.

A very warm welcome to Intelligent Traffic Systems Ltd who joins the TrafficJet Xpress family.

We were very pleased to supply and install their new digital traffic sign printer – the easiest, quickest and most energy efficient printer in its class, at their depot in Cannock.

Danny and Lewis were on site to install the Xpress and provide training to the team, soon after which, production started. Features like instant lamination, quick start-up and simplified maintenance significantly reduce turnaround times for sign production, making it a valuable addition to ITS’ operation.

A trolley, a learner plate and a sink U-bend!

Just a few of the items collected by the team at Lakeside Group when they spent a few hours last week giving back to the community with a local area litter pick.

The team enjoyed getting out together, making a positive impact and helping keep the neighbourhood looking its best. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, and to all the kind passers-by who stopped to show their appreciation.
