This Renault Zoe EV arrived in the workshop with 3% remaining and not being able to be charged.
After some diagnosis, the fault was discovered with the charge port cable, new genuine part fitted, recharged and back on the road all within 24hrs.

So we had this 2006 Toyota Prius in the workshop today for a brand new HV traction battery to be fitted.
The original had lasted 20 years , but 3 of the cells were depleating, so our customer opted for a new unit to be fitted.
All back on the road, and ready for another 20 years 😀.

This 2023 Jaguar F-Pace Mild Hybrid was recovered in with a charging system fault, leaving the vehicle in a non driveable state.
The customer had contacted Jaguar to see if they could help, but they wanted in excess of £600 to just diagnose the fault and with a lead time of 3 months.
So with some logical based testing and a thorough diagnosis, we found the DC-DC converter to be faulty.
New parts fitted and all programmed in house, vehicle is now back on the road.

This vehicle was recovered in as a non start.
Initial assessment showing no communication to any modules or any fault codes present, so the "magic diagnostic computer" was not much help, or was it?.
Well with some logical based testing and armed with vehicle specific wiring diagrams, we were able to locate the vehicle gateway module, upon inspection found to heavily corroded from water intrusion.
New module fitted and programmed all in house, and the vehicle is back up and running.

This little Fiat 500 was in the workshop last week with a driveability fault that was causing surging and engine stalls.
So our first point of call was a full system scan for trouble codes and not 1 single code present, so where do we go from here ?, well with some logical based testing and live data analysis we found our problem with some chaffed wires in the main harness.
With the wiring loom now repaired, vehicle performance fully restored.

No unnecessary parts or guesswork.

This lovely Mini Clubman JCW has been in this week for parking sensors not working. With no fault codes to work with or magic diagnostic computers to give us the answer, what do we do ??
Logical based testing and we find the issue. Water damage at the PDC module, so new o.e parts fitted, all programmed and coded and back up working again.

Recently In the workshop, we had this 2016 Renault Zoe in for a charging fault, the outcome was a faulty DC-DC charger module, the part itself requires the removal of the complete drive module assembly, but after some new genuine Renault parts fitted, this Zoe is back on the road again and all charged up.⚡️
