Our most common questions, answered…

❓Can I live in my holiday home?
No. Lodge Coppice is a holiday park rather than a residential park, so owners must have a permanent residential address elsewhere that you are evidently using as your primary residence. However, with our 12-month holiday season, you can enjoy your holiday home throughout the year for holidays, weekends away and spontaneous countryside escapes.

❓Can I Airbnb or rent out my holiday home?
No. Public subletting and Airbnb-style holiday letting aren’t permitted at Lodge Coppice. This helps us maintain the peaceful, friendly community atmosphere that our owners know and love.

❓ Do I have to replace my holiday home after 10 years?
No. Unlike many holiday parks, Lodge Coppice does not have a fixed age limit. As long as your holiday home is well maintained and meets the park’s requirements, it can remain on the park.
