Simple solution for anyone with a Sledge Hammer 333 wanting to fit the BGM/MB manifold rubber.

These are a good manifold rubber but are designed for M8 screws, so using an M6 screw through the 8mm hole isn’t ideal, something I’ve seen done many times with these manifolds.

The simple solution we came up with is the use of a Piaggio stepped screw. It has an 8mm shank to properly centre and fill the 8mm hole, then steps down to an M6 thread.

They’re available in both Phillips and Torx head options.

Simple fix, proper fit. 👍🔧

Adams fully loaded Runner – 38HP+. 🚀

The owner built the majority of the bike. We built and tuned the engine, supplied and fitted F37 forks and 8.1 4-pot calipers, sorted a few other bits along the way, then finished it off with a full dyno setup.

Definitely a top-level example of a Runner. 👌

Can’t believe how many of you were ready to take them off my hands 👀

Got me thinking…

Those who know me know this isn’t something I’d ever rush into.

I’ve been going back and forth on it for a while, but I think the time’s come to step away and move a few things on.

I’ll be putting 6 race scooters up for sale, and working through some of my road scoots over the next few weeks.

Not an easy decision at all, racing’s been a massive part of my life for years, but sometimes you’ve got to be realistic with where things are at.
