Vw golf ecu other day we got called out to from another garage, owner just had new turbo fitted and service and then decided get few things added.

1.6 tdi 105bhp 🚗

Pcr2.1 ecu with eco tune [blended]

Dpf solution + EGR calibration.

All lights now off the dash 😎

Firstly I would like to apologize for the lack of posts on all platforms I have been so soooo busy its been unreal with anything from simple tyres and brakes refreshing to complete electrical nightmares ! 😅 and with what very little time I get I have been trying push get my own projects moving forward with testing certain parts to supporting our friends over Reaney Remaps 😉

Hopefully I can even get few late evening to try get my old pd130 project back on road after couple years.

Rood automotive also been keeping me on my toes with his own fleet of vehicles too with lovely bright red Rood polo 1.6tdi 🚘💨

But we mite be moving things on with couple of Pd's 😎

Will be looking try post more when I can ! I will be attempting to get footage for YouTube clips or quick reviews on stuff we are working on all together !

Vauxhall astra 1.7cdti

Customer was having some issues with vehicle so contacted us to try and help.

We checked vehicle for fault codes and found few issues which we spoke to owner about.

mean time we applied our stage 1 software ✅️
With DPF solution✅️
calibrate EGR to suite.✅️

130bhp. 160bhp
300nm. 350nm

Customer was over the mean with no faults on dashboard and always helps with little bit more power 🚘💨😎

Last minute walk in today 😅

TD5 owner nipped in and asked if we could look at his truck as seems to lost some power over years and wanted bring it back to life 😎 also wanted nice cheeky popcorn limiter see video below also excuse us all laughing 🤣 just dont expect theses pop like they do anymore.

Audi a4 1.9tdi pd130

Actually getting rare find theses with bone stock software still on ! 😅

But unfortunately owner was sold the car with the information it's been done already just takes minute get going 🙄 well its as stock as any can be.

Owner had k&n filter from us as well help with intake noise.

We finished this off with mild stage 1 being done to 165bhp due to little issue with the clutch 😮‍💨 just wasn't upto it.

With added launch control for fun when clutch gets replaced.

Popcorn limiter added too if owner decides to fit stainless exhuast

Followed by our EGR calibration to suite.

We could be seeing this make return when owner decides to do clutch and possible hybrid turbo as we recommended simple 1756 bolt on upgrade to help get this boat of vehicle to move bit more 🚘💨

Striaght forward stage 1 to be applied to help improve mpg aswell

Bmw 325D recently came in

First was only ment be striaght forward stage 1 to be applied but we ended up changing tyre on front as it "identify" as semi slick tyre 😅

we fitted some our very own intake scoops to help push more air through intake system

Then finally came round to applying stage 1 software 😎🚘💨

So sorry for delayed posts
We have bmw 130i from last week
Came in get some track prep done

We carried out our stage 1 software tune 🔥

Stock. Stage 1
260bhp 285bhp
315nm. 340nm

Upon customers request we fitted some nice goodies too ! 🚘💨

bigger inlet pipe
Matched with k&n filter
Back box delete pipe
Braided brake lines (only calipers side)
Followed by inspection with few adviced items for future work.

Topped off with oil / filter change using millers oil 😎

Also we are attempting design better flowing inlet to bring intake temps down as they seem bit higher then others we normally deal with so will update more on that once we have something in mind
