Every garage has a mascot… ours is Boris 🚗

Ash bought Boris when he was 17. Boris threatens to kill you but somehow still gets you home. That scruffy, sideways spirit became the core of Ivell Motorsports.

So when it came time to design the logo, he wanted Boris. Boris stands for everything we do at Ivell Motorsports - fun, serious when needed & always gets sh** done.

It’s not just a logo — it’s a tribute to the OG drift weapon that started it all 🤝

Ivell Motorsports now….versus 5 years ago 🔧

Ivell Motorsports started as a tiny set up with a “let’s make this work” attitude and a lot of late nights at the unit after work to build what it is today.

A business that has grown from a metal shed with Ash working part time to build it - to 2 units, 3 full time members of staff and hundreds of customers every month ⭐️

Ash’s big dreams 5 years ago are starting to become reality 🤝

Thank you to everyone that has supported us in one way or another over the years, and still continue to 💫 You’re a big part of the reason that the dream is becoming reality 🚗

Building the future of the trade 🔧

Ash has something that a lot of others don’t. He’s obsessed. Obsessed with the vision, obsessed with being better, obsessed with making this massive dream into reality.

Part of that dream is having a team better than him. A team more obsessed, with more knowledge and skills, and even bigger dreams. So, we invest in the next generation. Building passion, partnership and patience.

The boys using their Monday evening to rebuild Cole’s engine, and Ash giving up his to help (I just bring the coffee and take the pictures 💅🏼). It’s these moments that teach more than any “proper” training ever could.

Running a business isn’t always smooth sailing, but nothing that’s worth it ever is.

More than just a pit stop 🏁

Drop the car off broken, pick it up fixed. Easy. Right?

We strive for all of our customers to have a easy, hassle free experience with us.

However, behind the easy and hassle free experience is:

👉 late nights. Lots and lots of late nights
👉 late and incorrect part deliveries
👉 emergencies
👉 staff sickness and injuries
👉 paperwork. So. Much. Paperwork

We take on the stress, so you don’t have to.

So yes, you turn up and your car is fixed. But there’s a whole team behind that moment. A whole team who have worked flat out to ensure everything is perfect and completed on time.

And trust me, no one is more pleased that it was done in time for your holiday, to pick the kids up or for the car show, than we are 🤝

Building a community, not a customer base 🤝

There’s a saying in business that a customer will become a friend quicker than a friend becomes a customer, and we really do agree.

Our community has become something we’re incredibly proud of. People drop in to see us just because they were coming past, recommend us off their own accord and send us birthday messages 💅🏼

You’re not just a job on the calendar — you’re part of our story, our laughs, and our growth.

Thanks for being part of this community. Here’s to many more years of miles, coffees and answering the phone with “what have you broken now” 😉

The best customers are the ones we never see (and the ones that bring snacks)🫢

Bare with us… there’s a reason.

The customers that:

👉 book MOTs on time
👉 book services at the right times
👉 fix things when they need fixing
👉 sort all maintenance work prior to things going wrong

They are the ones we see once a year, everything is done in one go & we wish them well until the year after 🤣

Then there’s the other type of customer…

Those of you doing timing chain deletes, bouncing off other cars, potholes or even worse, curbs… just to see us - we’re flattered but it’s really not necessary. You can just pop in for a chat instead 😉

Luckily enough, we’ll get it sorted whether we saw you last week, or last year 🔧
