This lady wasn't able to drive her car to her local garage due to both CV boots being worn. Car was safely transported and taken back with some brand new boots.

On the evening of Sunday 11th December, Officers attended a report of a broken down vehicle on the A30. Despite positioning the vehicle in the fend off position with all lights illuminated the Police vehicle was struck by a passing motorist causing significant damage. Officers sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.

We want to highlight the importance of keeping yourself safe if you break down. Therefore if you are unfortunate to break down, if possible get your vehicle onto the hard shoulder and turn on your hazard lights. Then exit the vehicle and find a safe place wait away from moving traffic until help arrives, for example behind a barrier. Irrelevant of weather conditions.

This collision could have been much worse for the Officers involved. If a high visibility Police vehicle can be struck then so can you, please stay safe.

We are so pleased for Clive Price to finally have his car ready for racing and rallying.
Over the last year or so, we at GA Autos, have transported the BMW for work to be carried out to prepare for race day.
