VW T5 2018 2.0

This came originally as a misdiagnosed drive belt tensioner!

However, the alternator clutch had failed instead! But due to the misdiagnosis the alternator had then failed inside and caused damage to the power steering pump!

New Alternator ✅
New Power Steering Pump ✅
New Drive Belt ✅
New Tensioner ✅

TIMING BELTS!!

Another failure here on this Citroen Berlingo!

Fortunately, these engines were designed with failure in mind!

In the event of a timing belt failure, the pressed on cam lobes spin, preventing any internal damage to the engine!

Camshaft Kit including lifters and rockers
Timing belt kit
Gaskets and seals
Engine service

Came in for an excessive oil leak....

The rocker cover was severely damaged due to excessive blowby on injector No 4!

However, due to very hard extractions on the injectors, a new set was fitted!

New rear brakes fitted too due to no material on the handbrake shoes!

A car that now runs and stops perfectly!

This one came in for its timing belt and the very tight and fiddly rear fuel pump belt!

However, a very loud chattering noise led to the discovery of a broken cam chain tensioner!

All replaced and back to a lovely sound V6 again!
