Safe to say these alloys were a challenge to say the least. These poor wheels have eaten their fair share of curbs to the point the alloy profile has become distorted.

We also got to test the new UV primer set up and It worked like magic, we won’t be switching back to conventional 2k primer anytime soon. The build depth paired with the speed for curing times are second to none.

Range Rover booked in this weekend for a wheel refurbishment to these gloss black wheels.

Heavy curb damage and chipping all removed out and restored back to a gloss black finish bringing these tired wheels back to brand new condition again. 💎

Jaguar wheels booked in to have the grey inserts blacked out. We finished off with a tinted Smokey black for the diamond cut faces.

Safe to say these alloys look completely different and make the car stand out from the crowd.

Here we have some heavily corroded alloy wheels in for a refurbishment.

Haven’t work on a set this corroded in a long time but we have worked our magic and refurbished and finished off in a gloss black.

Wheel Refurb for these Volkswagen Transporter alloys today.

Slight curb damage and some flaking areas. Curbed areas been repaired and sanded out and flakey paint stripped back.
Finished in Volkswagen Reflex silver.
