From wartime beginnings to a familiar landmark on the infield of Goodwood Motor Circuit, the Super Shell Building has lived many lives.

Originally part of RAF Westhampnett, the building played its part in Goodwood’s aviation history before finding a new identity alongside the Circuit’s post-war racing era. Its distinctive curved roof and Shell branding have since become an unmistakable part of the landscape.

Today, this piece of Goodwood history offers a space for new ideas to take shape. From automotive launches and creative productions to gatherings that make the most of its trackside setting and adjoining gardens, there are plenty of ways to make it your own.

Built in 1961, Blossom is one of Goodwood’s original quartet of Series 2 Land Rovers. After more than six decades of service, she’s undergoing a new chapter of restoration with the Goodwood Workshop team.

From her early days believed to be spent in military service to the discovery of extensive corrosion beneath her Bronze Green paintwork, Blossom’s story is one of hard work, careful restoration and a future that’s far from retired.

Soon, she’ll be back where she belongs, tackling the terrain as part of Goodwood’s Off-Road Experiences.
