We will be joining and supporting our local scouts 34th Chesterfield - Brimington Scout Group with their ‘Bike & Scooter Night’ teaching some basic cycling and BMX skills. We can’t wait

🚲🛴 Next Meeting: Bike & Scooter Night! 🛴🚲

We're looking forward to a fun and practical evening developing our cycling skills!

🐿️ Squirrels & Beavers will be joined by a special guest from Chesterfield BMX Club, who will be teaching some basic bike skills and helping everyone build confidence on two wheels.

🐺 Cubs & Scouts will be learning essential bike maintenance skills, including how to repair a puncture, carry out basic safety checks, and keep their bikes roadworthy before putting their skills to the test on a slalom course.

Members should bring their own bike or scooter if they have one. If they have both, a bike would be preferable. Don't worry if they don't have either – they can still take part in the evening's activities.

⛑️ Important: Any child riding a bike or scooter must wear a helmet, even if they wouldn't normally wear one at home. Safety comes first!

We can't wait to see everyone there for an evening of skills, fun and adventure! 🚴‍♀️🌟

Our new focus now is funding for cameras, hip high fencing with bike gates to get on and replacing/ refurbishing the 1st berm/ corner which is 25 years and we thought it would be okay but it needs replacing soon 👊

🎉Chesterfield BMX Track Reopening Community Event🎉

We're having a Party and you're ALL invited!

Join us to celebrate the completion of our BMX track refurbishment and the reopening of this fantastic community facility. Whether you're a seasoned rider, a beginner, or simply want to support the local BMX community, everyone is welcome!

Come along to see the improvements, ride the track, meet our riders and club members, and help us mark this huge moment for our community.

Help us!! See it, report it 👊 thank you

❗We're currently working with Chesterfield BMX Club to upgrade the track at Ringwood Park but these works are being delayed because people keep driving motorbikes on the track which is damaging the new surface - please do not take vehicles on this track, it is an active worksite and breaking through the fencing to get on is unacceptable.

We're working with our community safety team and Derbyshire Police to try and combat this but we also need your help, please discourage anyone who know from riding powered vehicles on the track and if you see it happening please report it.

We've worked closely with the club to upgrade this track and once it's complete it will be a fantastic facility for local people to enjoy.

Wet and wild fun at Round 3 of the Winter Series! A small but hardy gang of ChezzySquad members battled through the elements today, coming home with a great set of results from all riders. Well done everyone!! Big thanks to all at for hosting another great round - can’t wait for the festive special! ✨✨✨🤘🤘🤘
