Dear Customer,

THIS ONLY APPLIES FOR CLOTHING / REPAIRS PAYMENTS NOT Training.

We understand that some customers have recently noticed a transaction being debited from their bank account several weeks or months after making a payment and may be concerned about why this has occurred.

Following an investigation, we have identified that the cause was a technical issue with the card payment terminal.
When a card payment is made, the transaction is authorised by the bank and may initially appear as a pending transaction. The payment terminal is then required to complete a process known as settlement, which finalises the transaction and requests the funds from the customer's account. This process would normally occur automatically on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, due to a fault with the payment terminal, some transactions were not settled at the appropriate time. As a result, the funds were not collected from customers' accounts when expected.

If you have recently seen a payment leave your account, please be assured that this is not a fraudulent transaction or a duplicate charge. It is the original payment for goods or services previously received, which has only now been processed due to the delay in settlement caused by the terminal issue.
We apologise for any confusion or concern this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions regarding a specific transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Did anybody see a fire on our training area opposite the Hollingwood Hub, Works Road, possibly Sunday evening. Did your child come home smelling of smoke ?
Our shelter has been completely destroyed, along with all of cones (needed for motorcycle training), stored inside the shelter.

We need a belt replacing on our van.
Also need front wheel bearing doing on a Kia Carens - any suggestion for someone who could do this?
