MOT Tester Mechanic
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work to deadlines and targets as well as working as a key team member.
You will be performing both scheduled maintenance work and technical repair work to a wide range of vehicles.
Starting salary is competitive and will be based on experience.
As an experienced and qualified Technician, you will have the ability to assess accurately, diagnose and repair all makes of motor vehicles. Knowledge of current Engine Management Systems is an advantage, An MOT Tester qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 08:30 to 17:30 and occasional Saturday 08:30 to 16:00
Mot Tester - Skills and experience required
- Level 3 or Equivalent
- Experience working as a Mechanic/Technician
- Full drivers license is essential
- Good level of IT skills

6-month MOT exemptions will be ending on 1 August

Yesterday, 29 June, the Department for Transport announced that the 6-month MOT exemption for cars, vans and motorcycles introduced during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, will end on 1 August.
