Quick recap on some of the bikes we’ve worked on over the past few weeks/months.

Rear shock bushings replaced on this Trek full suspension MTB and Brake and Gear shoft cables replaced with gear indexing on this kids Frog bike.

Work underway on these two mtb’s.

Whyte:
New gear indicator screen
New shift cable
Realigned derailleur and b screw to hanger
Rear brake caliper realigned to stop rubbing
Gears indexed
Headset play tightened.
Safety check of all fasteners.

Trek:
Rear shock removed to install new shock mount bushings.

Orbea MTB in for a general check over and new front inner tube.

We gave this one a good clean and polish too!

A service and upgrades for this Specialized E-MTB.

Magura Brake Upgrade - Install internal routing and bleed.
Rear shock spring change to 600lb.
Install front and rear mudguards.
Rear wheel trued.
Gear indexing
Derailleur, chain and sprocket degrease and clean.

Back to it with this Commencal Hardtail MTB which came in for an issue with the dropper post and rear brake bleed.

Also drilled and tapped the bottom brake mount on the FOX 38 forks which would no longer tighten. ✅ 🔧

This Wiggins kids bike came in for the following work:

Rebuild rear hub & install new bearings
Install New Chain
Install Rear Derailleur
Install New Brake Cables Inner and Outer
Install New Gear Cable Inner and Outer

Gears indexed.
Brakes adjusted and installed brake pads.
Checked all fasteners/bolts.
Replaced rusty headset bolts.

Tad small to test ride 👎
