We're looking for a friendly, organised and professional Full-Time Service Advisor to join our busy and growing team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of our busy garage and MOT testing station.

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Greeting customers and visitors
✅ Answering telephone calls and emails
✅ Booking vehicle services and MOT appointments
✅ Processing invoices and payments
✅ General administrative duties
✅ Providing excellent customer service at all times

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Is confident using computers and office software
✔ Can work well in a fast-paced environment
✔ Has a positive, professional attitude
✔ Previous reception or customer service advisor experience is desirable, but not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, professional team with an excellent reputation for customer service.
