Returning customer came in due to a horrific grinding noise coming from the front wheel. We got the wheel off and found a stone lodged between the disc and shield. Luckily there was no damage whatsoever so ever to the disc and no charge to the customer.

Originally booked in for the common butterfly valve sticking based off the customers description and faults including dpf clogging. Customer opted for our collection service less than 100m into the drive back it was clear what the true fault was. After smoke testing to confirm our suspicions, it was indeed the o/s inlet manifold that had failed.

This lovely Range Rover has now been fault free and is booked back in for a service and mot in a couple of months.

Here’s one you don’t see often, a 1 of 400 Toyota Yaris GRMN powered by a supercharged 1.8 developing over 200bhp.
It came to us after the owner was told it needed a new ecu after failing to find the cause of it going into limp mode.
After investigation we found the mass air flow to be fitted incorrectly allowing unfiltered and metered air in which also fouled the old sensor. We fitted a new sensor and reset the ecu restoring full power once again. Whilst it was in we also fitted a rear strut brace.

Keep your eyes out as this may be back soon for some nice modifications 👀
